HOW WE WORK
All MASHAT pieces are made after your order is placed, allowing us to avoid overproduction. We do our utmost to keep delivery times as short as possible.

RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We offer worldwide delivery from our atelier in Ukraine by Nova Post.
Worldwide: Flat-rate shipping: €30. Complimentary worldwide shipping is applicable on orders over €500.
Ukraine: Complimentary delivery on all orders.
You can expect to receive your order within 7–12 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of each piece.
Made to Order: Delivery within 12–15 business days.
One of a Kind: Delivery within 15–20 business days.
If your order includes items with different estimated delivery times, all items will be shipped together once the complete order is ready. The longest estimated delivery timeframe will apply.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be calculated or reimbursed by MASHAT in advance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product.
1. To request a return, please contact salut@mashat-mode.com and include your name, order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving confirmation from us.
2. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original labels and tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear, briefs, thongs, bodysuits, and leotards cannot be returned.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other import fees are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges or additional costs incurred by MASHAT when receiving an international return may be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
* For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us and include photographs.
** If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at salut@mashat-mode.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
